Improver Lesson 7 – Cross body 180’s

REQUIREMENTS: To be able to do right and left basic turn and cross body.
- Intermediate Isolations
- Warmup: Mambo variations, Sidestep variations, Backstep, New Yorkers, Cuban Backstep, Left Turn, Right Turn, Cross body footwork, Suzie-Q, Cha-Cha footwork and Downtown.
- Basic crossbody. Crossbody with a turn. Walkthrough Cross Body 180.
- Cross body 180 in open and closed holds.
- Hand knot, upward comb into Cross body 180
- Cross body 180 in to dip
